I offer consultations on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, between 9 am and 5 pm most days.
Currently, I only offer online consultations, working with clients across Australia and New Zealand. This allows people to access care easily, wherever they are.

Clients usually have their first follow-up consultation 3-5 weeks after their initial appointment. Depending on your progress and goals, review consultations are recommended every 3-8 weeks to adjust your plan and provide continued support. Yes. When appropriate, I recommend functional and pathology testing such as stool analysis, hormone panels, nutrient markers, and vaginal microbiome analysis. Testing helps identify the underlying causes of your symptoms and guides your personalised treatment plan.
Yes - gut health is one of my main areas of focus. I can help clients with bloating, IBS, constipation, diarrhoea, and food sensitivities by identifying and addressing the root causes of their symptoms.
Absolutely. I support women with a range of hormonal and reproductive health concerns, including PMS, heavy or painful periods, PCOS, post-pill symptoms, endometriosis, perimenopause, and menopause.
Yes. I provide naturopathic fertility support for individuals and couples - whether they're trying to conceive naturally or through IVF. My approach often involves optimising egg and sperm quality, nutrient status, gut and vaginal health, and restoring hormonal balance where needed.
Yes. I frequently support clients experiencing low energy, fatigue, anxiety, and thyroid conditions such as hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, and Graves’ disease. These are often connected to gut, hormonal, and nutrient imbalances, which we explore in depth.
Yes, I work with men! While I have a special interest in women’s health, I also support men with a range of health concerns, including gut health, fertility, preconception, fatigue, stress, sleep and skin health. I often work with couples who are trying to conceive.
