About Me

My journey into naturopathy began after stepping away from an engineering degree that left me completely burnt out. At the time, I was dealing with gut issues, hormonal imbalance, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and the effects of mould sensitivity – though I didn't yet realise how connected it all was.

Desperate for relief, I sought help from a student naturopath. Her simple, effective advice planted a seed, and her approach inspired me to dig deeper into the root causes of my health concerns. Not long after, I enrolled in a Bachelor of Natural Medicine – and with support from some incredible practitioners along the way, I slowly transformed my health. Now in my thirties, I've never felt better.

Today, I'm passionate about helping women uncover the root causes of their symptoms and restore their health – with a focus on gut health, hormone balance, thyroid health, fertility, and vaginal microbiome support. Since graduating, I've supported hundreds of clients across Australia and New Zealand, with mentorship and advanced training from leading practitioners in the field.

I recently moved to Wellington, New Zealand. Outside of clinic work, you'll usually find me strength training, taking long walks in nature (spotting native birds is always a bonus), or in the kitchen experimenting with nourishing, whole-food recipes.
