About Me
My journey as a naturopath began after stepping away from an engineering degree that left me completely burnt out. I was struggling with gut issues, hormonal imbalance, chronic fatigue, anxiety and the effects of mould exposure. At the time, I didn’t realise how connected all my symptoms were.

Desperate to find relief, I sought help from a student naturopath whose simple, effective advice planted a seed. Her approach inspired me to dig deeper into the causes of my health issues. Soon after, I enrolled in a Bachelor of Natural Medicine and, over time, transformed my health with support from some incredible practitioners along the way. Now in my thirties, I’ve never felt better.

Today, I’m passionate about helping women uncover the root causes of their symptoms and restore their health through naturopathy. My areas of focus include gut health, hormonal balance, fertility, thyroid health, and vaginal microbiome support.

I recently moved to Wellington, New Zealand, and outside of my work as a naturopath, I enjoy strength training, spending time in nature (spotting native birds is a bonus), and experimenting in the kitchen with nourishing whole foods.
